Ayala's Herbal Water Review and GIVEAWAY!

When a friend first told me about Ayala’s Herbal Water, I was intrigued even if I didn't need an extra item to add to my monthly Whole Foods list. Since we still haven’t given our daughter juice a spiced infused water is a nice alternative to the high fructose corn syrup, added sugar and pesky preservatives drinks available.

I was most interested in trying the lavender and mint when I received my sample pack from Ayala. My daughter’s age appropriate shenanigans and tomfoolery sometimes leaves me perplexed so anything that would soothe my nerves and offer some relaxation was appealing. I thought it mght help calm down my near 2.5 year olds “my goal is to drive mommy mad” behavior. While the verdict is still out on whether or not the herbal water is a cure all for two year old-isms, one thing is for sure…the water tastes good!

My daughter loved it as did I. Available in six flavors like ginger and lemon peel (this was perfect post my favorite workout) and cloves, cardamom and cinnamon (a perfect blend of commonly used Indian spices to help warm you on the inside and out), enjoy these zero calorie and free of artificial flavor waters cold. I tried them room temperature but the flavors were most potent to me when the drink was chilled.
